Project Manager

Position: 01

Duty Station: Lahore

Key responsibilities:

Play a leading role in technical coordination with stake holders.

Lead and be responsible for overall project management through cooperative spirit among the targeted people for accelerating and widening the cooperative movement and activities.

Monitor project activities through visits for achieving results and mainstreaming.

Oversee proper utilization of project budget and timely/quality implementation of activities.

Required qualification & experiences:

Master degree in Social Sciences with 7 years work experience in project management.

Experience in the manual development, arranging and conducting trainings.

Professional level of report writing skills in English

Good communication in local language.

 

Project Coordinator – Advocacy

Position: 01

Duty Station: Rajanpur

Key responsibilities:

Play a leading role in planning and implementing networking and advocacy with community and other stakeholders.

Be responsible for overall project management through cooperative spirit among the community people for accelerating and widening the cooperative movement and activities.

Implement project activities as per work plan.

Ensure timely and quality implementation of activities.

Required qualification & experiences:

Master degree in Social Sciences with 5 years work experience in management.

Experience in the networking and advocacy preferably in South Punjab

Professional level of report writing skills in English.

Good communication in local language.

 

Human Resource Coordinator

Position: 01

Duty Station: Lahore

Key responsibilities:

Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.

Develop processes and metrics that support achievement of organization’s goals.

Develop a competent and skilled workforce

Develop a liaison between employee and employer

Required qualification & experiences:

MBA (HR) with 5 years work experience in Human Resource Management

Preferably in development sector.

Professional level of writing skills in English.

Professional level of understanding of people behaviors and attitudes

 

Project Coordinator – Menstrual Hygiene Management (Female)

Position: 01

Duty Station: Muzaffargarh

Key responsibilities:

Play a leading role in networking and advocacy with community, schools and other stake holders

Be responsible for overall project management through cooperative spirit among the women and adolescent girls for accelerating and widening the cooperative movement and activities

Monitor field activities through visits for achieving results and mainstreaming

Ensure timely and quality implementation of activities.

Required qualification & experiences:

Master degree in Social Sciences with 5 years work experience in project management.

Experience in the manual development, arranging and conducting trainings.

Professional level of report writing skills in English

Good communication in local language.

 

Training Coordinators

Position: 02

Duty Station: Lahore & Rajanpur

Key responsibilities:

Make necessary arrangements and facilitate trainings as per work plan.

Master degree in Social Sciences with 3 years work experience in mobilization

Experience in facilitation in trainings.

Good communication in local language.

 

Assistant Finance Manager – Projects

Position: 01

Duty Station: Lahore

Key responsibilities:

Be responsible for financial management of multiple projects.

Reconcile financial statements through field visits for mainstreaming

Assisting Finance Manager in budgeting and reporting

Required qualification & experiences:

MBA Finance, M.Com, ACCA with 3 years work experience in financial management.

Experience in managing multiple tasks in finance & accounts

Understanding of preparation of financial reports.

 

Advocacy Officer

Position: 01

Duty Station: Rajanpur

Key responsibilities:

Assisting Project Coordinator in planning and implementing advocacy strategy

Organizing events as per work plan.

Arrangement of campaigns and liaison with stakeholders

Required qualification & experiences:

Master degree in Social Sciences with 3 years work experience in networking and advocacy.

Good report writing skills in English.

Good communication and presentation skills in local language.

 

Communications Officer

Position: 01

Duty Station: District Muzaffargarh

Key responsibilities:

Identify means of communication feasible for promotion of project goals

Development of IEC material, arrangement of media campaigns and events according to local scenario

Develop communication strategy to promote good practices

Required qualification & experiences:

Master degree in Mass Communication with 5 years work experience in Communications.

Experience in development of IEC material, communication strategy and BCC campaigns

Good report writing skills in English.

Good communication and presentation skills in local language.

 

Quality Assurance Officer

Position: 01

Duty Station: District Muzaffargarh

Key responsibilities:

To ensure timely achievement of all planned activities in term of quantity & quality as per work plan.

Monitor field activities through field visits for achieving results and mainstreaming

To review & submit project progress reports and ensure the achievements of all planned targets

To develop & refine case studies/success stories.

To maintain data base of beneficiaries and activities.

Required qualification & experience:

Master degree in Social Sciences with 5 years work experience in planning, monitoring, research and evaluation

Professional level of report writing skills in English.

Good communication and presentation skills in local language.

 

Admin & Finance Officers

Position: 04

Duty Station: Lahore, Vehari, Muzaffargarh, Rajanpur

Key responsibilities:

Be responsible for financial record keeping and administration.

Preparation of financial reports

Perform reconciliations and deal with bank on all financial matters.

Required qualification & experiences:

MBA Finance, B.Com with 2 years work experience in finance & accounts

Experience in managing office administration

Understanding of preparation of financial reports.

 

Field Engineer

Position: 01

Duty Station: Muzaffargarh

Key responsibilities:

Preparation of BOQs, design and modify infrastructure.

Construction/rehabilitation of hand pumps, latrines and other WASH facilities

Water Quality Testing.

Required qualification & experiences:

B. Sc. Engineering/DAE Civil with 2 years work experience in infrastructure development in WASH.

Experience in preparation of BOQs, construction/rehabilitation of water sources.

Understanding of water treatment processes.

 

Social Mobilizer (Female)

Position: 02

Duty Station: Muzaffargarh

Key responsibilities:

Identification of sites and beneficiaries as per criteria

Mobilization of community particularly women and girls on Menstrual Hygiene management (MHM)

Implementation of activities as per perk plan.

Required qualification & experiences:

Master degree in Social Sciences with 2 years work experience in mobilization particularly in WASH.

Good communication in local language.

 

Credit Officers

Position: 05

Duty Station: Vehari & Rajanpur

Key responsibilities:

Identification of potential clients for disbursement of microfinance as per criteria.

Maintain poverty files of clients

Ensure timely recoveries of microfinance

Required qualification & experiences:

Graduate with 1 year work experience in microfinance OR Intermediate with 2 years experience in microfinance

Good communication in local language.

 

Trainees (Micro Finance Program)

Position: 05

Duty Station: Vehari & Rajanpur

Key responsibilities:

Identification of potential clients for disbursement of microfinance as per criteria.

Maintain poverty files of clients

Ensure timely recoveries of microfinance

Required qualification & experiences:

BA/B.Com/FA/I.Com

Fresh Intermediates/Graduates

Good communication in local language.
